• You need to let me know beforehand if there's something to be discussed.

| Provide clear references, briefs and technical requirements | Reuse the artwork in other projects without my written permission |
| Communicate feedback clearly during the revision stages | Resell, redistribute, sublicense or include my artwork/assets in asset packs |
| Ask if you need additional assets, revisions or additional usage rights | Redistribute or sell the original source files (.aseprite, .psd, etc.) to third parties unless our agreement/contract allows it |
| Communicate any major scope changes as early as possible | Claim authorship of the artwork or represent it as your own work |
